Apartamento amplio. Pesé a no tener ventanas la ventilación es buena y está bien iluminado. Buena ubicación cerca de paradas de autobús. Muy bien equipado.
Los peldaños para acceder pese a ser un bajo y el peldaños para el dormitorio.

David met us on arrival & showed us all we needed to know about the unit & parking. He went to the parking lot with me & helped bring the luggage back. The apartment was excellent.
When it rained there was the sound of running water in the bedroom. It creeped my wife out in the middle of the night.

De locatie. Het hele centrum op loopafstand. 10 m. Brede stoep voor de deur met gezellige drukte van mensen, meestal gewoon Sevillanen. Eenvoudige tapasbar op 30 m.. Prima supermarkt op 400 m. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en leeft comfortabel. Veel ruimte voor je kleren en spullen. Op vragen of problemen wordt direct gereageerd en dingen worden opgelost.
De ventilatie ia moeilijk te regelen. Je kunt aan de voorkant alles open zetten. Wij zaten er 6 weken In oktober en november en hadden heerlijk weer. Maar als je de boel openzet heb je het lawaai en de stank van de auto's. Dus dat deden we soms een uurtje. In de zomer zou je dat misschien smorgens kunnen doen.
