We were two people looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle. The tourist season was slowly ending. Our apartment had everything we needed. There was a fan, mosquito nets on the windows, and kitchen facilities. We used the pool, and the garden was inviting. The beach was 40-minute walk away. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The flavors of Gambian, Nigerian and Italian cuisine blended. We ate some of the best oysters. But Unique Owl isn't just a place, it's a feeling. The owner, Engha, has created the atmosphere of a home You want to return to. And if You're looking for a guide to the Gambia, ask for Ebrima. Thank You to all the staff.

Very relaxed oasis. Friendly staff and great food - we requested what we liked and they made it for our evening meal. This place would be ideal for a group yoga retreat. Peaceful garden and vibe
