Fabulous!

Fabulous large modern cabin in a fantastic location, feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but a nice walk to restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Close to Yllas swing and ice swimming and Akaslompolo lake. Couldn't ask for more. Has a beautiful log fired sauna and a kota shared by the cabins. Saw the northern lights from our bedroom window 3 night in a row. Drying cabinet and as many logs as you need in the shared shed.

everything we had in mind when coming to Lapland!

the lodge was brand new and very comfortable. the houses are very good located, close to the lake, but still in an oasis of silence between the trees. it felt like staying in the woods. Every home is very well equipped and has it own private wooden sauna. it was everything we had in mind when we came to Lapland.

Perfect vacation stay

+ comfy beds + cleanliness + very friendly staff + modern kitchen + comfortable temperature + many possible activities + Supermarket nearby (walking distance) + very silent / relaxed inside + Private sauna I mean I could go on, but all I’m trying to say is that it was a very good experience. If we go to Äkäslompolo again, this stay will be considered again.

- we were not skilled enough to tinder a flame for the stove at first. - don’t built a snowman, if he melts, your creation is gone! Oh about the property? No I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like.

Juste fantastique et hors du temps.

Chalet très confortable, très bien décoré, accueil très chaleureux Kimberly et son mari sont adorables et nous ont donné de nombreux conseils. Le sauna privé est vraiment un plus très apprécié! Et les activités proposées sont très bien.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Hütte ist sehr schön. Die Lage prima. Wenige Gehminuten zum See. Alle waren sehr nett. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kleiner Vorschlag zur Ergänzung: Ein Stuhl auf der überdachten Terrasse wäre noch toll. Zum Schuhe ausziehen, nach der Sauna oder für den Kaffee in der Sonne. (Im Winter)
