Locația mi-a servit excelent nevoilor mele,in plus,usor de accesat, fiind la stradă principală. Eu sunt friguroasa ,si pentru faptul ,ca am avut o pilota si perne extra ,pentru mine personal ,a fost un bonus foarte bine venit.

A very cosy refurbished apartment in an older block in the quiet part of Bucharest City Centre. I chose it for convenience of business location but equally suitable for exploring Bucharest city centre. Check-in instructions sent by messages worked very well, communication with the host was superb. The apartment on the 4th floor (accessible with a small older lift) has all you need for your stay incl. toiletries, kitchen utensils, cafe gusto coffee machine with capsules, a very good WIFI and cable channel;s, A/C etc. Ample storage space, ironing board & iron, washing machine etc. Bed was comfortable enough, towels clean and ample. Several small supermarkets and restaurants around. Yes, you can hear the tram passing under your windows, but no issue for me.

In mid June 2025, the adjacent apartment across the corridor was getting refurbished (no fault of the hosts), so it can get noisy (drilling, hammering etc.) during the day, but quiet hours were respected. The shutter on the balcony door could be repaired.

Gezellig ingericht en schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Comfortabel bed, basisbenodigdheden keuken en prima douche. Rustig, wij hebben verder niemand gehoord. Je krijgt duidelijke instructies om binnen te komen via sleutelkastje op de deur. Tram 17 stopt voor de deur en brengt je in korte tijd naar old town of het centrum. Lopend is het 20 tot 30 minuten. Een kleine supermarkt zit aan de overkant van de straat.

Niets. Verbeterpunt zou een iets uitgebreidere keuken uitrusting kunnen zijn en de wasmachine ging lastig open, maar daar gaat de eigenaar naar kijken.

Proprietario super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Non funzionava la televisione e subito ha mandato qualcuno per risolvere il problema. Appartamento grazioso e arredato con gusto. Indicazioni per il check-in molto facili e dettagliate. Cucina ben attrezzata. Ho trovato, sale, zucchero, olio, tee, caffè e abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Mancava uno scolapasta in cucina. Divano non comodissimo ma nemmeno scomodo. La posizione è a 15 min.a piedi per il centro ma questo non è un grande problema. Il centro non è lontanissimo. Solo un piccolo supermato di fronte l'appartamento ( un pochino caro) ma va bene.
