Bribie Getaway Villa

Great little place for a couple. Everything you need is provided, kitchen equipment, ironing board etc.

Just need some more hooks for towels on the bathroom.

The place was modern, well fitted out and had most things that we needed for a long weekend stay. The wine and cheese and crackers on arrival and bottled water were nice touches. The Social restaurant over the road was great and very convenient. It was very quiet most of the time despite being so close to the RSL and Social restaurant which were open long hours. The garage looked very nice but there was no remote and we would have had to get into house to open it so didn't use it. Had never spent much time on Bribie Island in the past and we really liked it and will definitely be back to the island again.

The driveway was a bit of a pain getting in and out of without driving off driveway edge onto sand. It would have been good to have more supplies for a 3 night stay such as more towels and toilet paper. TV was great but again would have been nice to have a streaming service available for watching movies. The scented spray in the room was a bit much but we turned it off and it was fine. We cleaned up prior to leaving as instructed, but again it would be nice if we didn't have to do that. The pick up of keys was a little annoying particularly as it was indicated I would need to provide ID, photo and partial credit card by email if I did not pick up in person during office hours. None of these things were big concerns but just a bit annoying and could be improved.

Clean, modern and had all the things needed for a comfortable stay.

Busy street, lots of cars, traffic and people around RSL.
