Orasea Villa with private pool

First, the property is amazing, the location is very close and convenient to Parika and the beaches such as Livadia and Paralia. The view of the Parika harbor is incredible, especially when viewed over the infinity pool, see attached picture(s). The pool is the first thing you will see when you enter the property area, and its great. Lots of comfy lounge seating, covered beds, nice lighting at night, and a view that belongs in a travel magazine. The accommodations were a main unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom in the main house with the kitchen, plus sofa bedding in the basement for two or three more sleepers (kids?), and then one more bedroom/bathroom in the other house, private and away from the main unit. Everything in the house was clean, comfortable and worked well - the kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner one night. Parking for 2-3 cars in a private courtyard was also really convenient. We only had one car, but the space was big enough to enter, turn around easily, and drive straight back out once we were leaving. Importantly, the hosts were fantastic. We messaged late at night that we needed more trash bags, and they appeared while we were out for breakfast the next morning. Even more "xenia", and for which we will be eternally grateful, we lost a cell phone the morning we had to check out, we looked everywhere and could not find it before we had to leave for the ferry. We messaged the hosts, and later that afternoon they reported that they had found it. We were already on Santorini when we got the message, but even late in the evening they responded and offered to meet us at the ferry port and deliver the phone to us. We booked a round trip for one person back to Paros and they met us and handed us the phone right off the ferry, allowing my girlfriend to just get back on the ferry with her phone back in her possession and continue our vacation without skipping a beat.

I only wish we could have stayed longer. This place was a perfect home base for exploring all of Paros.

Space and location

Needs some blackouts at rooms, shower hanger at bathrooms, would earn if there was one more bathroom, and the check in wasn’t easy, at the time of check in the house wasn’t ready, and only started at 3:45 pm, and finished 3h later, we only could check in around 6:30pm, Kostas Charelas from the hotel reception that manages the villa was exceptional taking care of the delay.

This was an amazing place to stay! The pool was perfect and being able to relax poolside and look out over the island was amazing. I can’t say enough about the staff - they answered so many of our questions promptly and helped with shuttles and navigation several times. I would definitely recommend this for larger groups.

The only two slightly negative thing is 1) the 2 bathrooms, so just make sure your group can coordinate on showers to ensure things run smoothly. 2) location is a bit of a walk and is mostly uphill which can be tough but it IS walkable.

Lovely spacious villa with beautiful pool and exceptional sunset views of Paros port.

No washing machine although listed as having one. Airconditioners didn’t cope if temperatures were hotter than 30 or above which it commonly was. Pool needed better cleaning especially on steps.
