Location of the flat is very good, in the center close to restaurants, train station, malls.
There is a bad smell in the apartment both in the room and in the bathroom. Water in the basin in the bathroom is going out very slowly. Shower is very small and it is difficult to turn there. Bed or rather matrass is located on the second level, and to get there you need to climb like very steep stairs. If you are afraid of heights, this is a very scary experience. Sofa on the first floor is not very comfortable, and a bit broken, but compared to the "fun" of climbing up and down it was ok.
