J Birds’ Bungalow in the heart of Midtown

Very clean the house was close to attractions. Nicely decorated and a good size.

Toilet seat needs to be replaced and no trash bags liners in bathroom. The host provided coffee but only decaf.couldn’t turn on the ceiling fan without the light being in the bedrooms. The back porch step is broken.

The house was so cute and the neighborhood was convenient to where we wanted to be. The house was so quaint and I feel like we may have not been alone if you get my drift.

The only negative I can share is I wish they left more supplies Ike paper towel and toilet paper.

This is cozy house on a quiet street with a wonderful and shady back yard. Everything inside was super clean and comfortable. The host knew we were getting there late and she left a box of donuts and a bottle of wine to welcome us there. You can park behind the gate so your car is also in the shade and secure while you’re at the house (this was tremendously valuable in the July heat). There’s laundry in the house and the bathroom is equipped with the basic toiletries needed. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and there’s even a grill in the back yard.

Very spacious and exceptionally clean property. We absolutely loved our stay in Memphis and would recommend this property to everyone. The property is located perfectly between the city allowing quick access to everything you could need. The rear garden was welcoming and gave a home from home feel. The personal touches in the home were noted and appreciated. 10 out of 10.

Nothing, for the type of property it is in great condition.
