Best place to stay for your ski trip!

Superb location next to the ski lift, in fact ski rental and parking are also directly in the building. The building itself is very modern, with comfortable facilities and nice design. The downstairs lounge and restaurant/bar area is a great place to spend some time in the evenings. The room we stayed in is very small, but perfect for a ski trip. The bathroom is very clean and modern, featuring a shower with reliable hot water and pressure. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for.

For me, the system at the hotel is a little over-automated - instead of getting a key, you have to open doors using a phone app, instead of talking to someone at the door, you have to write a WhatsApp message. In the end, however it all worked well, even if it was a little unusual. Breakfast was fine, but do not expect anything spectacular.

Great hotel - group check in a pain

Check in process very poor - difficult for groups - needs a lot of work - took 45mins. After that hurdle the stay was excellent and the staff really good

Perfectly located for skiers and nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Uncomplicated Check-In and Check-out (cause there is no checkout). Very convenient location for skiing as directly next to the station. Friendly stuff. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere in the lobby and bar area. Saturday is party time with live music. One of the view hotels that understand that a ski room is important! It's spacious and perfectly located for accessing the lift and unload/load the car.

The restaurant has a limited menu card. It's ok for a long weekend but too limited for a longer stay.

Great location, calming environment, clean hotel!

The location of the hotel is great! Easy access on foot or by car, public transport. I would like to highlight the staff! Especially the ones working in the bar. They are very friendly, polite and nice. You can play table tennis or billard at the lobby. There is a ski room where you can wash clothes as well.

There is no fridge in room.

The hotel is directly connected to the lower station of the cable car. Free parking in underground garages. Possibility of charging an electric car. Check-in can be done online, it will generate a numerical code to open the door of the room and the ski room. Directly from the bed, a view of the mountains from the huge window, the beds are comfortable. The room equipment is simple, but functional, clean. Bathroom clean. The whole room smells very pleasantly of wood and newness. The summer price per room is good.

I would have liked a small fridge in the room.

Exactly what we needed for our trip through Europe.

Easy check in, helpful staff, clean, comfy rooms. Food was great and they accommodated our gluten free requirement.

Room was a little warm but they provided an air con unit, however, it was the only one in the whole hotel.

Superb

The honor to be the first guests ever in room 332 was quite the experience. In every hallway you could smell the newness of the hotel and even in the room there was the smell of fresh cut wood. The bed was directly located next to the big square window to get the best viewing experience of the mountains and the stars at night. The bathroom was made out of high quality materials and clean as it ever could be.

Due to the opening night, which we did not know when we made the reservation, and the party that was going on in the lobby as well outside the entrance, the staff was to busy partying to pay attention at the arrival of the guests. My pregnant wife could not enter the hotel due to the loud music of the DJ. So after two calls with the manager, finally one of the staff members of the hotel came outside with a laptop to check us in. Positive note, she arranged a room for us at the back of the hotel to prevent any noise disturbance and escorted us to our room.

Lage direkt an den Seilbahnen. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal, große Lobby mit Bar und gemütlicher Lounge.

Leider sind die Zimmer für 331,50 pro Nacht völlig overrated. Die Kabine bietet wirklich nur den äußersten Mindeststandard: ein Bett, ein Regal, vier Haken an der Wand und ein kleines Bad. Im Bad gibt es nicht einmal einen Zahnputzbecher. Wird in einem anderen Zimmer auf dem Gang eine Tür zugeschlagen, vibrieren die Wände. JeglicherService, wie Zimmerreinigung oder Frühstück wird extra berechnet.

Super für ein paar Tage Sportaufenthalt.

Lage direkt an den Liften ins Silvretta Nova oder ans Hochjoch. Restaurant, Bar, gemütliche Lounge mit Kamin, Billard, Tischtennis, alles da. Nur kein Wellness-Bereich. Die Zimmer sind mini, aber sehr funktional ausgestattet mit riesigen Fenstern für Top Ausblick.

Frühstück wird normal angeboten: wenig Auswahl, aber Wichtiges alles gut vorhanden. Parkplatz im Parkhaus muss extra gebucht werden.

Für Skienthusiasten mit wenig Anspruch an Qualität der Unterkunft ideal.

Buchung über Booking.com vermeiden, da nicht stornierbar, auch nicht innerhalb der ersten 24 h nach Buchung. Aus der Beschreibung konnte ich nicht erkennen dass es kein Frühstück und keine Sauna gab, was ich zu diesem hohen Preis der Unterkunft erwartet hätte.

Lage direkt an der Station ist unschlagbar!

Größe des Zimmers - keine Sitzgelegenheit Hotel unpersönlich, ungemütliche Lobby, keine Rezeption Man muss immer die Jalousien unten lassen und somit das Licht im Zimmer anmachen, da ansonsten jeder ins Zimmer schauen kann, weil die Gondel direkt daran vorbei fährt! Privatsphäre mit Blick aus dem Fenster ist nicht möglich.

Es ist trotzdem eines der besten HOTels

Die günstige Lage, der online Check in, das man vom Parkhaus direkt zum Zimmer, Ski Depot und Lobby kommt, freundliches Personal, Lounge Bereich am Kamin , Barbereich, Skiverleih, Kartenausgabe und die Gondel, sowie der beste Apre Ski Schirm alles auf einem Platz 👍

Diesmal war leider auf Zimmer 101 das Duschwasser kalt, dieses lag wohl an der Duschbatterie, obwohl auf Abschlag 40 grad, nix passiert nur lauwarm oder kalt im Wechsel. Leider ist dies nicht behoben worden. Es wurde nur angeboten, das man alternativ im Gym Bereich auch duschen könnte, da hatten wir aber kein Interesse. Hätte mir da ein bisschen mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, egal welcher Art, schade , so war 4 Tage Kneippduschen angesagt
