The communication between myself and the property (Daniella) was fantastic! Very professional, helpful, family friendly. The location is excellent as you are central with some great authentic food, obviously it’s your responsibility to know what’s authentic or not. Booking.com cancelled my taxi, the hotel was so helpful, definitely would stay here again if I ever visit Sardinia Alghero. After I left Alghero went on to caligari and then Costa Smeralda. The property even assisted me in getting the correct transport, cause what I was planning to book wasn’t necessarily. The area is safe, so many people around and plenty of police presence. They have a guide on how to enhance your holiday, very detailed which included the emergency number…so many people get into fatal problems all because they do not know what the emergency number is for the country they are in. We did a lot of boating, was good to know that if the worse were to happen, the property have us the emergency number in the guide. Love when you are about to check out property offering you to store your luggage which most places won’t offer unless they have good service. If you want a good peaceful stay, even if you want to stay in your room for the whole holiday, the property is fantastic. Remember I booked a suite, not sure about economy room etc only speaking about my suite and the customer service I received

Any issues I had, the hotel resolved straight away hence why they have full scores for everything. The AC in living room works but one in bedroom comes on and off, but there’s a fan which makes it better and I think the property is aware. I had issues with cleaning, the bedding wasn’t changed, according to their policy, bedding changed after 5 or 7 days, but cleaning every 3 days. I wasn’t happy, the next day my bedding was changed. This is what you call, a property that actually has proper customer service. The full rating is inline with the apartment suite I booked, doesn’t mean I think it’s a 5 star hotel. Be prepared to go up some stairs with suitcase , so be fit. The fridge in the room, the temperature isn’t good and I only noticed on my last day when I put icecream in freezer and the next day some was melted and some was frozen. I did see two cockroaches which is scary if you have never seen one before. But many high end places are dealing with this and plus I did leave my window open without the net and luckily the team was in my room fixing my safe so they closed the window and put net down. My reviews are always honest! I travel extensively and one thing I hate is when people leave reviews that are not honest, claiming property is in the centre when it isn’t. Everything was extremely nice and clean, the apartment is very comfortable and the hosts were kind, welcoming and very accommodating.

Although the location is amazing and in the center, it is in the ZTL zone- no driving so expect a short-ish walk to the parking every time.

The host was really helpful following my cancelled flight, I arrived the next afternoon via Milan from Gatwick, thanks Easyjet, to find a bottle of Red Wine waiting. Location is great the Apartment is beautiful.

Beautiful apartment, steps from the sea wall. It was very well appointed, clean and very well maintained.

It was great . It might benefit from a reading light in the living room.
