Lovely place, nice quiet area and nice and clean

Very quiet. Clean and had everything you need. Sitting in the garden.

Not that we didnt like but helpful. Need to advise people that the stairs are steep for old people. Also bath is a bit slippy so needs a rubber bath mat - again for old people. Would have been. Ice to have had a few extra towels.

Lovely little cottage, home from home.

Parking was a challenge, but mostly due to my inability to parallel park 😊 Plenty of space in the street to park

The home was spacious and the beds were comfy. Dan did call me due to issue with the oven which I thought was considerate, to let me know in advance of me getting there that it wouldn’t be working due to previous tenants not advising it had been broken. Parking was not an issue and WiFi was good!

The home needed a clean. Hadn’t been hoovered under master bed for what looked like months, the kitchen had crumbs on the side a dirty sink, bin was sensored opening and didn’t work but was to filthy to try and lift the lid. Filthy sponge and cloths that I had to buy new ones. There wasn’t enough cutlery for the 4 of us and it was missing a mat to wipe your feet as you go in. Which due to how the lounge was set up was really need otherwise on wet days people are likely to tread wet and dirty feet across the lounge rug, especially as standing on the doorstep the guttering is throwing water at you. The master bed whilst comfy is very creaky and may need tightening up.
