Hi. My experience in the stay was very bad due to the property condition and equally importantly because management doesn’t have much clue and deny things when told: - the apartment is advertised with driveway and I was also confirmed by messaging that apartment has driveway. However the driveway was barricaded with renovation material. This was important to me as my parents are elderly and can’t walk long distance . When I complained about this , the response I got was that there are off street parking. Why would you lie to customer when someone specifically ask about driveway - the Keybox was damaged and it took 2 hours to resolve it. I was standing outside apartment and it was raining waiting to get it resolved. The cleaner also confirmed that it’s damaged and she also can’t open the lockbox and complained to owner for the same. On my feedback, I got another blatant lie that cleaner confirmed that lockbox is working fine. I doubt cleaner will have any interest in double talks. - there was not a single garbage bag in the dustbin. I had to go at night to the store to get even a bag - the issue with the oven as the electricity was tripped and it took management 2 hours to get it sorted l - there were no curtains on the bathtub - the sofa were ripped and there was dust at lot of places I can go on..
