Standard of breakfast and evening meal good.
Staff friendly and accommodating.
Bedroom wall in need of decorating due to an obvious leak from ceiling.

Charming small British hotel. Nicely decorated. Restaurant underneath. Close to Egham High street and train station. Helpful staff. Daily housekeeping.
Unfortunately our room (called Vesci) was very uncomfortable. Too small. We could barely walk around the bed. Barely any space to open our bags. No heating in the toilette. It was freezing. We had to use a small heater that didn't reach fully into the toilette. No window in the bedroom expect in the toilette. The window in the toilette is not air-tight so cold air was coming in. We did check out other rooms and they were much better (more spacious with a window). Probably all the windows in the hotel need to be replaced to make them air-tight and soundproof. I would've rated it higher if it wasn't for our uncomfortable room. I would book it again but I'd make sure to get a different room.
