What we liked about the place it has parking for 2 cars which most places don't have parking. The house was great perfect for 8 of us with beds to sleep in and bathroom with hot water. Great location and not far to meet our families at the Lakeside lodge golf & Country club.
Lack of crockery. We had dinner and found that there was only 6 dinner plates. 2 of us ended up having dinner out of a bowl! Lack glasses and mugs! No champagne glasses to celebrate my nephews graduation! Thats one thing a housekeeper should check if there's enough crockery and glasses to cater 8 people. Went to use the cafeteria and found it was leaking!
The house is next to the road, people are driving pass more 30 miles per hour instead of 20 which was very noisy but other than that we did sleep ok.
The cleanliness wasn't up to standard. It looks as so it was a very quick clean which I know myself as I am a housekeeper business owner. The back/front door hallway was not tidy and clean.

The property was spacious and comfortable and perfect for the group visiting a friend living nearby.
It was a bit tricky to find as the coordinates say it’s on the opposite side of the road so I was a bit unsure if I was in the right place to begin with.

It was close to where we needed to be, and quite central overall for a visit to the area.
The electric sockets on the downstairs bedroom didn’t work so nor did the Wi-fi

The location was fab, just around the corner from family.
The size of the house for 4 adults and 2 dogs was perfect
The lounge was grubby, food under the sofa and downstairs bed. The bed on the ground floor is broken and very uncomfortable. The lounge could do with a mat to feel more welcoming. Curtains in the dinning room so not so much of an echo and less of a student vibe. Chair still broken, form previous review. Entrance is shabby and not welcoming. Plaster and paint work needs attention. The light bulb in the lounge wasn't working, so we swopped it for the one in the downstairs bedroom as there were no spare
