This is a very stylish and well equipped apartment in a brilliant location with a huge (very cheap) public car park just opposite. This was the only property where we stayed in our recent trip, which provided a detailed guide on the equipment in the apartment and about the surrounding amenities.
The sofa in the lounge wasn't hugely comfortable, which always seems to be the case with sofa beds. We were there during the recent heatwave, and the apartment was very hot, even with the fan provided. But this was an exceptionally hot few days!

Location. Large rooms with a lot of light. Modern and clean. Well outfitted. Windows over the street shut out all of the noise. We opened them later in the evening to let in the breeze. Loved the giant window in the back that slid open to let in the breeze and the feeling of being outdoors. The parking lot across the street is safe and super cheap.
Location of the lock box on the front of the building is at ground level. A little annoying but doable. We were not given any hand towels for the bathroom.
