The property was very spacious with a charming sunroom at the front of the apartment

The location is a little bit shady, and the stairs to climb to the floors were narrow and steep. Too bad there wasn’t an elevator. However, the property owner did provide a Porter to carry up the bags.

The host was incredibly accomodating! He sent us all necessary information beforehand, made sure everything was fine, gave us detailed instructions about everything with photos and videos, (showing for example how the shower works) and made sure we were safe and comfortable not only during our stay but even until we arrived at the airport after checking out! We needed the appartment between two flights. Our first flight was delayed and we arrived long after midnight (I think at 02:00) while we had to leave again to catch our next flight at around 05:00. The host stayed awake and took care of us during check in and check out, sent a polite young man to carry our luggage to the taxi when we were leaving, and ordered and payed for a taxi that was on time and that drove us safely to the airport, making sure that we don't get scammed. He even offered us a free stay next time we are in Cairo, because this one was so short! The appartment is spacious, with different rooms, many beds, a big living room, a real kitchen and bathroom. Outside the bathroom there are towels and slippers and in the living room there is a water dispenser with potable water. If you need accommodation close to the airport, this is highly recommended!

The landlord was incredibly welcoming! He was a huge help.

Location 15 drive from airport. Close to main road so bit noisy. A residential area, nice to walk around without being hassled.

There was no drinkable water in apartment. While apartment itself is fine ,going up the stairs is in need of refurbishment
