Resaltar que las personas que te asisten en todo el proceso son muy buenos, educados, amables y ágiles en el servicio.
A nivel de infraestrutura tiene todo lo necesario y estaba organizado.
Y es importante comentar que a pesar que ellos presentaron una situación de demanda, buscaron la solución de inmediato y entregaron a tiempo
Se debe reforzar y mejorar la limpieza e higiene de la sábana y cubrecamas, tenían un olor muy desagradable.
El colchón y las almohadas no son comfortables
Entiendo que también se puede mejorar la experiencia incluiyendl sábanas adicionales cuando son grupos

La ubicación.
Falta de servicios; material gastable básico; agua caliente ocasional y fue necesario calentar agua para bañarse; falta de espacio y accesorios para personas mayores en el baño; aire acondicionado ruidoso; iluminación inapropiada en el baño; acceso inseguro.
