The view, the access to beaches, and marinas were all superb. We could not have wished for better! The kitchen in the flat is well-appointed and the bathroom has both a tub and a functioning electric towel rail--both a rarity in our recent travels!

We were less than thrilled with an intermediate platform called BnB Renting that sprang a very dubious security deposit demand of EUR 500.00 at us the night before our departure for Cannes. BnB instructed us to go to a website called Swikly that we had never heard of to make said deposit. Since we had not even seen the apartment yet, this was hardly a fair demand; moreover, we could find no reference to this requirement in any of the reservation documents. In the event it turned out that there were issues in the flat (electrical sockets out of order, a leaking shower spray and an accumulation of mold/mildew in the clothes washer detergent drawer). We protested to booking.com about the security deposit demand, of which there was no record in any of booking.com's reservation documents. Booking.com has never replied substantively to our complaint; the only reply we received was incoherent.

Terence is such a nice, hard working person. It was a pleasure getting there and Terence was waiting for us at the building. He helped us bring in the suitcases and showed us where to park the car. Thank you Terence.

Everything was perfect. Great apartment, beautiful view, clean, wonderful location
