Sunset view modern private poolside apartment

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gehobenen Nachbarschaft an der Costa Teguise in ruhiger und sicherer Lage. An den Strand oder zu en Geschäften ist es kein langer Fussweg. Es handelt sich hier um eine tadellos geführte Apartmentanlage mit sehr ansprechendem modernen Design und einem großen Pool. Da das helle und freundliche Apartment sich im oberen Stockwerk befindet kann man sich auf dem Balkon an einem schönen Sonnenuntergang erfreuen.

Es gibt nichts, was hier nicht gefallen hat.

We liked the location as it was near to the main town. The area is nice and quiet.

There was a constant smell of cat urine. The roof view that we could see was used as a large litter tray for the local stray cats that were around the apartments daily. Shower was heavily stained and the water was only hot for one person to shower.

Modern furniture, tidy apartment, quite comfortable over all. There's access to the communal swimming pool.

Due to the shape of the building, the wind whistles loudly, it can get annoying. The boiler is electric and small = short showers.
