Aproape de catedrală, bine mobilat și utilat, canapeaua e minunat de confortabilă, terasa e un bonus. Atenție, fierul de călcat se află la parter în Bagagerie/Laverie, cereți codul de acces.
Așezarea chiuvetei de la baie pe măsuța unei vechi mașini de cusut Singer e genială ca decor, dar fiind mică se stropește mult măsuța și tot ce e pe ea. Însă acesta e un detaliu minor.
