The property is located close to the beach. We went for swimming to the beach (first thing in the morning) in the swimming suits - some sets of steps down. The apartment has everything we needed including washing machine, small kitchenet equipped with pan, pots and even coffee pot. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches. The conditioner works well providing the comfortable temperature inside in a hot day. The Wi-Fi is fast. The apartment also has a TV on the wall with a wide choice of channels (for the rainy day). There is a yard with a small table and few chairs in front of the apartment where you can enjoy a cool evening watching the bright stars. The furniture is comfortable.
There is a parking lot immediately at the entrance to the front yard (close to the road). Cars leave and come providing some noise.
