Páčila sa mi súkromná pláž. Nemáme radi preplnené pláže, toto nám vyhovovalo. Super bola možnosť využitia bazéna.

Chýbal mi vysávač na apartmáne a gauč na terase bol špinavý, takže sme ho nevyužívali. Nedostali sme dostatočné informácie o tom, že zvyšok obyvateľov domu sú sukromní vlastníci a všetky voľnočasové potreby ako badleboardy,člny,nafukovačky nie sú určené pre nájomcov apartmánov. Dozvedeli sme sa to až po opýtaní a samotní obyvatelia domu nemajú kvôli tomu dobré skúsenosti s nájomcovi. Túto informáciu by bolo potrebné uviesť, aby sa predišlo konfliktom.

Az apartman tiszta és nagyon igényesen berendezett. A konyhában minden eszköz és gép megtalálható, amire szükség van. A kommunikáció gyors és pontos volt. A szállás közvetlenül a parton van, saját stéggel, nagy kerttel.

Csak a nappali-konyha-étkezőben van légkondi, a két hálószobában nincs. Ez elég meglepő volt, főleg, hogy mind a 3 helyiségben van a falon légkondinak látszó egység és hozzá fali szabályozó hűtő-fűtő funkcióval. Ezek hosszas próbálkozás után is csak fűtöttek. Másnap telefonon azt a tájékoztatást kaptuk, hogy ezek csak fűtésre alkalmazhatók, és a hűtést a nappali egyetlen légkondi egysége látja el, amely ráadásul a TV mögött található. Éjszakára nyitva kell hagyni a 2 hálószoba ajtaját, és akkor azok is lehűlnek. Ez ebben a hőségben sajnos nem igaz. Másrészt a nappaliban nincsen sötétítő függöny vagy redőny, ha a hálószoba ajtaja nyitva van, akkor oda bejön a fény. Ez így sokat rontott az élményen. Érkezés előtt telefonon azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy csak 1 kocsibeálló tartozik az apartmanhoz, a másik autóval az utcán kell parkolni. Közben rengeteg üres hely volt az apartman parkolójában. A vonatok elég közel mennek az apartmanhoz, ha valakit ez zavar, ne ide foglaljon.

The owner has achieved beautiful design with top quality materials. unfortunately, the train line is only few meters from the back of the garden, above your head.. With a rythmical tempo, your chat or your meditation on the gorgeous outdoor terrace/patio, is interrupted by passing trains....Some of them were so noisy you couldn't even continue chatting. Even after 2:00 am you can still have 3 of them wake you up.. Besides, what you can not guess from the photos and description, is that 2 apartments share this paradisiac outdoor terrace, meaning...no intimacy to expect if you have neighbors. Notwithstanding the other, very noisy, residents. we were lucky to be alone, and despite the trains sounds, we managed to enjoy the stay. But I would never go back during high season or week ends., with direct neighbors and residents having music/ TV / loud chats and partying around you I would recommend to try it from September to June, if you are not allergic to noisy trains and noisy neighbors. Der Ausblick auf den See auf der Dachterrasse war grandios. Der hauseigene Pool hat den Kindern auch gut gefallen. Der eigene Wasserzugang mit gepflegter Wiese war auch top. Der eigene Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage war ebenfalls nützlich. Optisch schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung.

Das Bad hat den ganzen Aufenthalt widerlich nach stickender Gülle gerochen und trotz Wasser laufen lassen, WC Reiniger und Raumduft blieb der Gestank. Keine Hilfe vom Vermieter. Zudem gab es Ameisen, die Betten waren echt hart (hatten jeden Tag Rückenprobleme), unscharfe Messer, teilweise unsauberes Geschirr und Töpfe, Klimaanlage hat kaum merklich geblasen, WC-Spülung teilweise defekt. Und alles schon etwas abgewohnt, leider. Einige Basics waren, wie beschrieben, nur ungenügend, was den Aufenthalt dann weniger erholsam werden ließ.
