Had just a Moka pot for coffee. Okay but not ideal.

This was the best stay of our trip and, in our opinion, the best place to stay in Santo Stefano di Sessanio. We had a room with a private terrace and loved having breakfast and dinner outside while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of town, yet quiet and relaxing. Another big advantage is the easy, free parking nearby, which made arriving and exploring the area completely hassle free. The property was also a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including nearby villages and the stunning Gran Sasso National Park. While we visited several beautiful towns in the region, Santo Stefano was our favorite. It has a unique charm and authenticity that made it stand out from the others. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely terrace view, comfortable bedrooms, nice living space, close to three national parks and many interesting historical sites and churches, and Santo Stefano was a short walk. You get the benefits of privacy and views, while still enjoying the beauty of a small hill town. Vincenzo was also very nice and available if needed. You cannot really tell from the photos, but you can see the mountains of two national parks further terrace, weather permitting. Great hillside walk to next village with castle.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but to reach town, you need to walk along a road for a couple of minutes where cars drive fairly fast. There is a sidewalk most of the way. This is simply a feature of roads around hill towns, but it might bother some people.

Mancanza di congelatore, tv e lavatrice, cucina poco fornita, bagni piccoli, soprattutto quello sul piano delle camere da letto, mancanza di piani di appoggio, frigorifero scomodo da raggiungere.
