Posizione top a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e vicinissima a supermercato e attività varie come pescheria, macelleria e locali. Casa accogliente e personale top. La cosa più bella è il terrazzino con vista sul mare. Ottimo il parcheggio privato.
Con la culla la camera si restringe un po' troppo. I bagni non sono proprio nuovissimi anche se non manca nulla. Il letto è un pò sfondato (soprattuttoil lato sinistro). Suggerisco di cambiarlo o quantomeno di ruotarlo periodicamente se possibile.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt daneben geht ein Fußweg zum Strand, mit links und rechts zwei tollen Beachbars. Der Strand ist traumhaft, wir sind letztes Jahr immer mit dem Auto gefahren um die schönen Strände zu sehen und hatten sie jetzt direkt vor der Tür.
Gegenüber ist ein super Supermarkt, Restaurants, in nächster Nähe auch ein Nachtmarkt mit Livebands und der Lunapark für Kinder. Alles in weniger als 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Schlafsofa lässt sich super leicht ausklappen, sodass man tagsüber mehr Platz hat in der Wohnung.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, wir haben ihn nicht gesehen, aber er kümmert sich über WhatsApp.
Dass jede Wohnung einzeln täglich nach der Müllabholung schauen und die entsprechenden Einer rausstellen musste und es keine Sammeltonnen dafür gab bzw. man übriges zum Wertstoffhof fahren muss.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Es sind tatsächlich nur 200 mtr und einfach hinzukommen.
Die Kissen waren katastrophal. Man hat nicht bequem schlafen können.
