Paradise Flat 48-49 - View, Garden & Parking - 200m beach

- Apartment location is perfect: center of a town (shops, pharmacy and restaurants are very close) and close to the beach. - Perfect see view from the balcony. - Special thanks for Dolce-Gusto coffee maсhine!

Some things we did not like, but their impact was minor, total impression was positive: - Apartment is pretty tight for a family of 4. - There was not microwave to warm-up the food, it was a pain, because on vacation you want to minimize time for cooking. - Strange approach with bed linen: for 4 persons (2 beds) - 2 big double sheets to cover, not per person. I have to cover myself with big towel. - Clogged washbasin sink - water did not drain well.

Die nähe zum Strand. Die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer. 2 Strandstühle sammt 2 Sonnenschirme vor Ort. Nette Begrüßung mit einem Bier, Wasser, sardinischem Snack und Kapselmaschine mit Kapseln vor Ort. Rasche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Küche wenig ausgestattet. Z.B kein Küchenbrett.

Posizione top a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e vicinissima a supermercato e attività varie come pescheria, macelleria e locali. Casa accogliente e personale top. La cosa più bella è il terrazzino con vista sul mare. Ottimo il parcheggio privato.

Con la culla la camera si restringe un po' troppo. I bagni non sono proprio nuovissimi anche se non manca nulla. Il letto è un pò sfondato (soprattuttoil lato sinistro). Suggerisco di cambiarlo o quantomeno di ruotarlo periodicamente se possibile.

Unter Wohnung mit Aussicht auf einen verwahrlosten Garten. Das Duschwasser der Gartendusche läuft zur Terrasse hin. Die Windschutzvorhänge können nicht befestigt werden da alles marode. Die Türen der Duschkabine sind mit sehr viel Vorsicht zu genießen. Die Duschbrause hält nicht und die Stange hält auch nicht mehr lange. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist durch! Das Schlafsofa im Eingangsbereich ist ebenfalls durch. Kaffeemaschine ging nicht. Ab und zu kommt komisches Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn in der Küche. Die Wohneinheit muss dringend renoviert werden!
