Konstantinos's luxury residence Sani

A beautiful private residence in Sani Beach, Halkidiki, featuring a spacious landscaped garden, nestled among fragrant pine trees and just a short walk from the crystal-clear beach.

The house is authentic and cosy with a lovely rustic touch, and the spacious yard lets you enjoy the scent of the pines while dining outdoors. It is equipped with literally everything you could think of—even things we’ve considered buying for our own home but never did! We were welcomed with the most delicious almond biscuits and so many thoughtful little perks that instantly brought a smile to our faces. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach and the trekking trail between Sani Club and Simantro Beach, which is pure postcard scenery and a reminder of everything beautiful about Sani. The beach itself still holds a place in my personal top 3 for Chalkidiki after 30 years. Best of all, our highly energetic toddlers seemed to sync with nature, becoming calm and content—which allowed us, as parents, to fully enjoy our vacation.

Honestly, I had no real complaints during my stay and it was actually difficult to think of something I didn’t like. The only small detail is that the Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit unstable and might not be sufficient if someone plans to work remotely—but really, who would want to work in such a beautiful and relaxing place? Another tiny thing is that the Google Maps pin could be more precise, since we misjudged the location at first and ended up in another yard. But in the end, that’s how we met our lovely elderly neighbors, which only added to the charm of the experience. These are truly minor details and did not affect our overall wonderful stay.

Nyugodt, csendes hely, csodás rendezett zöld övezetben. Vendégváró italokkal. Teljesen felszerelt házikó. Közel a strand ami homokos és kristálytiszta. Nem zsúfolt a part és fenyves erdővel körbeölelt. A strandon bérelhető jetski, csónak és vízisportokra is lehet befizetni.

5-10 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindeki plaj mükemmeldi. Ormanın içinden sahile yürüyüş imkanı da var. Villanın bahçesi çocuklu bir ailenin keyifli vakit geçirebileceği güzellikte ve genişlikte. Evde tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş ve kullanıma sunulmuş. Tüm mutfak malzemelerinden, plajda kullanabileceğiniz sandalyelere ve şemsiyeye kadar her şey vardı.

Banyoda elektrikli şofben olması güvenlik için tedirgin etti ve deniz sonrası ısınmasını beklemek kötüydü, tesisin iyileştirilmesi gereken tek yönü buydu.
