La localisation pres du lac, les équipements, le calme. Appartement fonctionnel au calme.
Un petit peu plus de ménage aurait été bienvenu. Le balcon et la terrasse n'ont visiblement pas vu in balai depuis longtemps. L'intérieur de l'appartement est correct.

J'ai apprécié l'aménagement, la présence d'un lave vaisselle, lave linge et le traversant de l'appartement limitant la chaleur la nuit. La présence de deux ventilateurs a été très appréciée.
L'absence de notice du micro onde et la télé qui n'avait qu'une quinzaine de chaînes sans replay. Absence d'un presse agrumes. Sans

Logement bien situé, parking gratuit à proximité, bord de l'Allier tout proche, centre ville accessible à pied, endroit calme, personnel à notre écoute et réactif, appartement propre et bien agencé, petit présent à l'arrivée pour le café et quelques boissons dans le frigo très apprécié.
seul bémol la poussière sous le lit et sur les tubes du radiateur sèche serviettes de la salle de bain.
