This hotel is clean. It seems to be run by the family and one can feel the effort and that they care. It is clean and the location is very good for going to the beach and back. Osteria opposite to the hotel is surprisingly great for the beach tourist restaurant.
Its a 150 Eur value worth service they are selling at 300 eur rate squeezing their maxumum in the high season...breakfast excluded, not even a drinking water in the room. Sheets never changed during 4 days stay, but they changed towels. Beds are very simple level quality, not comfy at all. They sell breakfast for 10 eur per person, again sparing costs and very basic.
