Il fascino di dimorare nei Quartieri Spagnoli,esperienza unica,come dicono “in copp a u quartier”.
Strategico,parallela a Via Toledo,scendi per un Km e sei in Piazza Plebiscito e scendi ancora un po e sei a mare Mergellina,sali e da Piazza Carità in due minuti a piedi sei a Spaccanapoli,da Toledo prendi funicolare e sei al Vomero!

ロケーションはとても便利な場所でした。
下町の喧騒が楽しいエリアですが夜になるとそれも落ち着いて、眠れないほどの騒音ということもありません。
室内、バスルームともに清潔に手入れされており、エアコンの効きもよく快適に滞在できました。
近隣には美味しいお店も集まっており、また観光慣れしたエリアらしく飲食店も積極的に呼び込みをしますがしつこさは全くなく、何時に出歩いてもフレンドリーで安心して滞在できるエリアかと思います。
住所が表記とは違い100mほど離れた場所にあるので、事前にホストにメッセージを送って正しい住所を確認すると良いと思います（防犯等の事情かと）。
また建物一階に着いてもB&Bという表示がないため、そこに座っているおばあちゃんに声をかけるとまさにその人がホストでした。イタリア語しか話せないおばあちゃんとのやりとりが大変ではありつつも旅の面白さでもあるかなと思いますが、一階部分にB&Bの表示があると旅行者としては助かります。
３階とは思えない高さまで階段で上がりますので元気な人でないと難しいかなと思います。
Wi-Fiは電波は飛んでいるもののネットできませんでした。
シングルルームのバスルームは共用リビングを経由していくことになるのですが、専用バスルームではあるものの居室と一続きではないので若干面倒ではあります（私物を置きっぱなしにはできます）。
