Amazing place I would stay again in

Everything was absolutely amazing, very good warm floor heating system even though it was in the middle of the winter - amazing! Also, there were toiletries, and kitchen cupboards were stacked nicely with coffee and tea. There were even ice cubes in the freezer. During the stay my earbud flew behind the couch and I was dreading taking it out but was shocked when I saw that there was not even a speck of dust even behind the couch. That's a really amazing cleaning standard!

The bed was too small for 2 average people, I think it's 140cm and the mattress is too too soft. So, I slept mainly on the couch.

The communication with the owner was easy, he was kind enough to wait when we were running late due to issues with the transportation. The apartment looks even better in person, it's spacious and equipped with everything you need (vaccum, iron, hair dryer, shower gel, lots of blankets, pillows etc.). The location is perfect - it's close to the city center, the grocery store and the nearby river. The thing that stands out the most is the cleanliness, overall 10/10. Would definitely recommend! :)

Great place with all amenities. A bit away from the center but near the waterfront in a quiet neighborhood.

The only issue with the house was that google maps does not have this place mapped yet so finding it was a bit tricky. But the owner was very helpful and quick.

A very new apartment, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with complete functions. The landlord proactively contacted us and took us in, which is very convenient. There are free public parking space downstairs, suitable for self driving

Great apartment! Just amazing and rare quality/price ratio. I will definitely recommend this apartment and will happily return in future. We were traveling and had to arrive late at night at 1 a.m. I expected a contactless check-in due to late hours, but the owner has waited for us, provided a parking space right next to the building and showed us the apartment and all the details. The apartment was spotless clean, cosy and so comfortable. We had a great sleep, and to my surprise in the morning I found coffee and tea, which is so important for me personally 🙂 Great respect to the owner for maintaining the property in such a good way. Thank you!

Very nice location

We stayed only for a night, as we were transiting Serbia. The location was very clean, with everything you need for a short/longer stay, the person in charge was very nice and helpful. It’s a nice new building with elevator.

From my point of view, it’s nothing I can complain about. I had some issues with the TV but I can’t speak this language and I couldn’t connect it. For sure the person in charge would have helped us if we asked.

Pleasant one night stay at Paracin.

It had a nice location in Paracin, very near to my place of business. The host was kind enough to receive me at 9:30 PM. The apartment was comfortable.

The bedroom could have an AC. But it's ok!

Vrlo prijatan i relaksirajući šestodnevni boravak.

Nova, kvalitetno izgrađena zgrada sa bešumnim liftom i velikim parkingom, na 10 minuta od najužeg centra, uvučena od ulice, praktično na obali rečice Crnice koja vijugavo teče kroz ceo grad i deli ga na dva dela. Uz obe obale uređeno je šetalište, a ne nekoliko mesta postoje novi pešački mostovi tako da je komunikacija olakšana. Paraćin je tih i miran grad sa vrlo dobrom ugostiteljskom ponudom i nekoliko modernih supermarketa. Dva su u neposrednoj blizini apartmana, oba imaju pekaru, tako da je snabdevanje besprekorno. Apartman je na 3. spratu, ima podno grejanje, vrlo je tih, prostran i udoban. Utičnica za punjače i druge uređaje ima svuda gde je potrebno. Okrenut je ka jugu, što je prijatno po sunčanom danu zimi. Nadam se da klima uređaj i podne instalacije leti dovoljno rashlađuju prostor. To što nema mašine za veš ne računam u nedostatak, jer se podrazumeva da se na put ponese veša i garderobe za čitav boravak. U dnevnoj sobi dobro bi došla manja fotelja za čitanje, kad je stojeća lampa već tu.

Apartman gleda na suprotnu stranu od reke, na stari deo grada, što nije baš naročit pogled. Pridružujem se sugestiji da se stave zavese, neke lakše i prozirne. Meni je najveći problem bio protočni gasni bojler, čas pretopla čas hladna voda, ali tako je svuda u svetu.

Es hatte keinen Haarföhn und die Matratze des Bettes war etwas zu weich, aber ansonsten wirklich alles top und hervorragend!
