Very nice location, not much traffic and easily accessible. Rab or Lopar are less than 10km away so it is really conveniently located. Small local shop, local marina and small promenade in a walking distance. Pleasant owners who live there year round. (apartment entrance is through their home)
Accommodation really needs a 'face lift', but the biggest issue is that it is actually split into 2 rooms coming from the common corridor (where some other doors are) and only in the bedroom you will have (note: extra charged air-conditioning). To make things more awkward, the dinning room/kitchen (with the balcony) is facing west, so it is nice for an early breakfast but almost impossible to stay there after 10am until 21pm when the sun goes down. Considering that it is a bit pricey for the value. Funny thing - there are 2 toilets and we had 1 role of paper, so off to the shop we went. :)
