Georgia's Apartments, Ipsos Corfu

La casa è bellissima e ben posizionata. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’ospitalità della nostra host Georgia, sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Ci ha persino preparato un piatto tipico locale, un gesto davvero carino.

L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia. Al nostro arrivo c’era un odore sgradevole, probabilmente dovuto agli ospiti precedenti, e abbiamo trovato peli, ragnatele e alcune superfici, elettrodomestici e utensili che necessitavano di una pulizia più accurata. Abbiamo quindi preferito dare noi una pulita più approfondita. Consigliamo di prestare un po’ più di attenzione a questo aspetto.

We stayed for a week as a group of eight and, unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised: Google Maps led us to the wrong property, the beach was farther than described, several basic amenities were missing, the kitchen was not properly cleaned, the outdoor area lacked lighting (we had to eat using our phone flashlights), and even the patio umbrellas were unsafe and blew into the street. Housekeeping was inconsistent (the other apartment received clean sheets while ours only got towels), no one informed us before staff entered the apartment, and communication became extremely poor, with five messages about late check-out and luggage storage being ignored until we were told they "weren't important." Overall, we were very disappointed by the lack of maintenance, organization and customer service, and would not recommend this property.
