Location was good, and the host was very accommodating both at beginning and end of our stay. A very nice little apartment for 2.

There was a really bad drain smell from the bathroom. The apartment did need a slightly better clean as there was still food in the sink from the previous occupants. There was a cardboard box for a cutlery drawer. …The loo seat didn’t fit the loo properly and was very mobile! I hadn’t realised that the apartment was north facing so got no sunlight in the day at all - not normally an issue if out skiing all day.

Not far from the slopes, good internet, Netflix on both TV sets, very quiet at night, comfortable bed

Bathroom is very small, there was unpleasant smell from sewage system. The apartment is dark, especially the bathroom

- This little apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. - The location is amazing: ski lifts, restaurants, bars and clubs all within a couple of mins walk. - The apartment has sufficient equipment to cook meals. The oven and hob are good. - The showers hot and powerful although a little small. - The apartment is warm and building feels secure. - Ski lockers are on site and easily accessible. - Check out was easy. - Wifi was provided - Shower gel, bin bags and washing up liquid was provided - Elodie was quick to answer queries.

- The lighting is dark throughout, really hard to do make up anywhere - This apartment was not cleaned before we arrived, for the price we paid it should of had a basic clean. There was dust, hair in bathroom, food in sink, cutlery in dishwasher, dirty tray in oven, toothpaste on mirrors, rubbish in bathroom bin etc… - I was then sent paperwork saying I received the apartment in good condition and instructions to leave it all clean . - They sent paperwork with my name on saying I had agreed, this should be shown to guests before emailing it over saying somebody has agreed. - The mattress and bedding has no protective covers and therefore has multiple stains. - There wasn’t even a single toilet roll so grab one before you arrive! - You need to call the concierge before you arrive, they’re not based on site and arrival times aren’t passed on. I got the impression this was optional but you need to call. - Pack ear plugs as it is a thin wooden door and the apartment is at the top of the stairs. You can hear everything in the corridor.
