It was a very nice house and the price was fair
The kitchen was a little disorganized and the fridge front and pulls needed to be cleaned. My mom's bedroom appeared, possibly,not to have been changed.

Nice and secluded with access path to beach. Clean and well provisioned.
Didn't expect three levels, sunken entrance, sunken family room. No blinds on coast facing windows and doors. Some doors would not latch properly and many screens need replaced. Windows viewing the deck and beach area were filthy. Not recommended for seniors, people with walking or vision issues or small to medium dogs.
