Mountain Chalet Chapeau

We liked how the chalet was furnished and the amount wide amount of kitchen equipment available for us to use. We also liked how much space was available to us since the bedrooms, bathrooms and all common spaces were a comfortable size.

What we didn’t like is that in the accommodation conditions it states that we would be able to mobe into the chalet at 16:00 but when we arrived at this time the chalet was not cleaned up, everything was messy from the previous visitors and the space was not ready for us. We had to ask the cleaning staff nearby to clean the chalet for us and then we had to wait an hour and a half for them for us to be able to move in. However, we found out that the downstairs bathroom was not cleaned at all and was left messy even after the cleaning staff was supposedly done with cleaning the chalet. The goal of our trip was bike riding because there are beautiful bicycling routes nearby but the chalet did not have any storing space for the bikes, not even a bike stand outside.

Spacious and very well-equipped Chalet in prime condition.

Double beds would have been preferred by us.
