Location opposite the beach.
Our lower floor unit was noisy as there is no sound insulation from the upstairs unit.

It’s quite well set up. Big enough for 2 people. The beddings, towels and toilets were cleaned. There’s a live band restaurant, pizza shop, pharmacy and a bottle shop within walking distance. The beach is 100m away.
There’s a strong musky smell as you enter the unit. There were a couple of comments about deep cleaning and TLCs; from previous occupants mentioned in the reviews. The sofas and rugs are in dire need of deep cleaning. I have reminded the Air Keeper prior to arriving about this but they just cleaned the surface. The windows and sliding doors needed tending too. Overall it’s a nice unit downstairs. You can’t see the beach from the unit. There are occupants on the top floor and if you don’t mind some pitter-patter running noises, you are good to stay.
