Villa Beach Heaven(Laurus 1), walking distance to the beach

Location is the main advantage. Close to the beach path, to the Kings Mall, to the Old Port. Very convenient to walk with a baby on the sea shore just in front of the villa. 3 bedrooms of the good size and 3 bathrooms.

Several major minuses: - not clean: floor, sanitary, barbecue zone - just in front of the main exit, there is a construction site. The workers start noisy constructions at 7 a.m. It's not possible to open the windows. - there was rain and the water dropped from the ceiling. Luckily, not on the bed... - in one of the toilets, water doesn't flashed well. - water splitting from the bathroom on the second floor straight to the outside where the entrance is. - not enough kitchen ware. - air conditioner stopped working on the second day of our stay... informed the stuff about that, but they could not send the specialist to solve that. - some equipment is old or dirtty or broken (sun beds, clothes dryer)
