The property with onsen and kind staff are a major plus. Along with spacious rooms and really good WiFi are added pluses.
The only downside was the toilet. Which was stinking and wasn’t cleaned properly before we occupied the room. The whole toilet was needing s proper cleaning, esp the water nozzles in the commode. And the floor which kept stinking till we left. And there is no restaurant. Maybe they can try to have a contract with the nearby restaurant for food which would be a tad better than the not so interesting bento boxes.

Staff were very kind and helpful when I had a small issue with my booking. Room was spacious and clean. The onsen was lovely. I was worried about parking, but turns out they have excess lots very close by so it wasn't an issue.

The Reyokan was super friendly, very local guests, gives the option to enjoy the nature around and meet very friendly people. The onsen was nice, Pool and game room were a great addition for travelling with family like we did.
