Location and the suite was the best thing about this property.
Parking slope was to steep, if you have a sedan with low ground clearance, there's very high chance that your car/rental is going to get scraped from underneath.

Stunning view! Spacious room.
It’s out of season and the attention to details concerning room upkeep wasn’t as could be expected for the spring and summer time, but considering the out of season room rate it is ok.

The room was big and accommodating for a family of 5. The location is brilliant and there are so many places to eat once you step out of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Room decor good and very modern with usb charge points.
Unfortunately there was an odd smell from the room we stayed in which was worse without the air con on. Even with the air con the smell wouldn’t go away. A set of clothing items were there from the previous family and it wasn’t cleared. We weren’t told to ask reception for tea coffee to make in the room and this wasn’t available in the room. Booking.com rates the hotel as 4 star but hotel will state that it is a 3 star and it most definitely meets the 3 star and maybe a little more.
