The quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Able to cook for ourselves. Close by walk by the basin.

good facilities and yard space and the property manager was lovely
neighbour was a very heavy smoker and the smell came through into the unit

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen reasonably well appointed .
The lounge was so uncomfortable, futon couch and a bucket chair. It rained a bit while we were there and it was unpleasant to spend any time sitting in the lounge room.
Kitchen had 1 prep knives which was small and blunt.
