Ihan mahtava huoneisto. Tosi mukava omistaja näytti ensin kaikki perusfunktiot läpi ja sai kysellä vaikka mitä, ja apua olisi ollut luurin päässä jos olisi tarvittu. Huoneisto iso mutta siitä huolimatta todella kodikas. Viimeisen päälle ilmalämpöpumppu, televisio jossa vaikka mitä kanavia/paketteja, iso jääkaappi pakastimineen, todella iso parveke jossa kokolattiamatto, pöytä ja tuolit. Parisänky oli käytössä ja se oli erittäin mukava, hyvät unet tuli siinä. Itse talo oli todella rauhallinen tai mitään muiden ääniä ei kuulunut mistään. Ja sijaintihan oli rauhallinen mutta silti lähellä kaikkea. 6/5 ja tämä on jatkossakin ensisijainen valinta majoitukseen jos Raumalle tullaan.

Sijainti on lähellä keskustaa, mutta kuitenkin rauhallinen. Ei liikenteen ääniä. Enemmän tilaa perheen kanssa kuin hotellissa, oma rauhallinen parveke. Sauna plussaa. Huoneisto rauhallisessa taloyhtiössä. Autolle katospaikka iso plussa. Huoneisto oli remontoitu, peitot ja tyynyt puhtaat.
Hieman meinasi tulla viileä mutta asunnossa ilmalämpöpumppu.
