Φοβερό το διαμέρισμα και πολύ προσιτό στην τιμη. πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κ λειτουργικό,παρείχε περισσότερα από όσα περιμέναμε κ ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Ευγενέστατο κ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό, επιπλέον πολλη καλή η τοποθεσία,κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία κ στο πάρκο των τρένων. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Very clean, new & modern. A lot of utilities: toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine. Bright and sunny with a big rooftop. Very good air con working well with a heating option + super nice thick blanket. Flexible owner. Totally recommend!

Everything, especially the owner Argyris was always helpful and very easy to contact. Parking space in front of the house, quiet and comfortable accommodation.

Nothing everything was exceptional.

Smart, Clean & Modern "Plistario" (= former washing room on the top of Greek Apartment Buildings before everyone had a washing machine in their homes that has been converted into a one room studio flat). Comfy double bed, good kitchen set up. As it is on top floor there is a large balcony-terrace area with city views over Kalamata - great to sit out on, but might be too hot during Summer months. Half an hour walk to first Town beaches. 10-15 minute walk to old Kalamata Town. Easy parking. Variety of cafés, super/mini markets and pharmacies within a couple of blocks of apartment. Very Good for single visitors.

Although all modern and very clean the bathroom (toilet, shower-unit, mini sink and full size washing machine) is tiny and has a low ceiling. Anyone over 1.80cm (5ft 9") will have a "squeeze" to move around.
