The price value ratio is very poor.
The Beach was close.
It is very noisy. The road is at the end of the terrace, you cannot relax. The apartment is very well photographed, because it is deceiving. The shower is only ceiling shower, useless.

Special location with its pros and cons
Selena is very caring, friendly and available - a perfect hostess. The studio is comfortable, clean and well equiped. The location with direct view on the sea is terrific.
Due to location right next to a highly frequented road, the accomodation is noisy - day and night. Also pipe noise is to be mentioned. It personnaly didn't spoiled my stay but might be useful to take in account for anymone needing silence to sleep or feel comfortable.

the guest is fantastic - extremely flexible for check in and check out time, extremely available and helpful - super nice - location in front of the sea
you need to know that between the apartment and the beach there is an important street (via Aurelia) that can be noisy - this is the way Italian riviera is, not the fault of the host....

Apartament nie nadaje się dla rodzin. Łazienka przy pokoju, wszystko widać. Przy czteroosobowej rodzinie jedna osoba korzysta z toalety a resztę trzeba wyprosić z dala od toalety najlepiej na zewnątrz. NIE POLECAM za dużo minusów za mało plusów. Najbliższy sklep ponad 300 schodów pod górę. W sezonie sierpniowym jak nie zarezerwujesz stolika wcześniej to masz problem
