1. Low price, nice condition.
2. Free car parking.
3. Easy check-in
1. The parking gate remote control probably has low batteries, so you have to get out of the car and stand very close to the gate to open it.
2. Some washed clothes are drying on the drying rack.
3. Bedding for the sofa has to be found and made up by yourself.
4. There is no microwave.
5. There is no SmartTV

Apartment spatios, curat, priveliste faina, liniste si loc de parcare excelent. In apropiere se afla mall-ul Vivo si sunt magazine precum Carrefour si Profi in imediata proximitate.
Blocul are lift.
