O apartamento estava muito bem limpo. As camas são muito confortáveis. Banheiros são bons. Cozinha bem funcional e equipada. Localização excelente.
Gostaria que tivesse ar condicionado no outro quarto, fomos em época de chuva e não passamos calor, porém não sei em dias e noites quentes.

Cortesia do locador Wellington que sempre se colocou à disposição para qualquer necessidade. Deixou cápsulas de café e bombons e um book com informações uteis.. A acomodação dispôe de 2 quartos que atendeu bem nossa família com 3 pessoas. Cozinha bem equipada. Boa localização do imóvel. Garagem privativa boa.
Somente há ar condicionado no quarto de casal, no outro há ventilador. Os banheiros foram renovados mas o de casal é pequeno, não cabe um box e a água do banho escorre pelo banheiro, o do outro quarto é bem melhor. A sugestão é mudar a cama de casal para o outro quarto e equipar com ar condicionado.
