я или мои друзья останавливаемся не в первый раз, все всегда хорошо, только переживаю всегда за растения, которые часто там очень сухие

The flat is very well situated in the city center, the rooms are big and well-furnished with nice decoration (a sort of industrial style), the view from the balcony is beautiful. The flat is spacious enough for 4 people to be staying there and be confortable. It was easy to get the keys and communicate with the owners!
The finishings of how the flat was built aren't perfect (the door of the fridge on the wrong side, a part of the balcony that was still under construction, etc.). The AC in the living room wasn't working. The apartment is located on a hill, which offers a beautiful view and puts it in a very quiet neighborhood, but also means you have to walk up a slope to get there.

Really good apartment in good location, we stayed 4 (2 couples) and it was really comfortable to stay together, had separate wc, very good sound isolation and nice view through the window. Apartment is really big, spacious rooms, sitting is comfortable, it was clean and easy to find.
We found ANTS in kitchen counter top, it was also in WC, but not too much. It was really not nice and afraid to leave any product. Also 1 of the bedroom bed seemed broken or so worn out that it felt like it might cave in. There were dishwasher but no washing tablets were left.

Красивая квартира, просторная, вид с терассы просто великолепный! Одна мастер спальня, вторая без свое санузла, жили вдвоем с подругой, было комфортно, светло, уютно.
На терассе часть Пола разобрана, возможно это незакрытые ливневки.
