It was a great location, tucked away in a quiet back lane but close walking distance to the waterfront. The host was very responsive to our communications. The apartment was simple and practical. Two balconies on either side provided for all times of the day.
The kitchen could use some more equipment, especially a toaster! The air con struggled to reach the kichen/ living area in the hottest part of the day.

Everything about it, Peaceful, loved the 2 balconies, very spacious, of course taking into account that you are not staying at an expensive modern residence. Two rooms and a bathroom quite spacious if to compare with typical rooms to let bathrooms that you find in Greek islands. Budget friendly!!

The Apartment was very nice, quiet and clean, and has everything needed to feel comfortable. Check in and comunication was very easy and without complication. If come back to Kastellorizo, I would choose this again!

Right in town center, very quiet and cozy. Communication with owner was good and they fullfilled all my requests. Few fails (described below) but all in all I might use it again.
Some details must be changed if they want to keep in line with the asking price for the nights. First of all, there was only one bed linen which it was coming undone all the time. there was not even any mattress cover! please make sure they put proper bed liners before you book. Also the shower is way too small and water ends up going everywhere in the bathroom (which floor has a drain though) but is definitely not for "big people", so to speak.
