Communication from the host immediately after I booked advising of the check in procedure as he was not going to be in, the warm reception from the lady managing the place was brilliant, and she even provided an extra blanket for the cold.

The location was excellent.
Premises and apartment were clean.
There was no shower caddy in the shower, so nowhere to put one's soap etc except on the shower floor. Even a plastic caddy would suffice.
The showerhead needs to be replaced as the water comes down hard and fills up the shower.
There was a leak in the toilet - not nice see a container in the toilet for the leaking water.
There was no handwash or even a guest soap in the bathroom.
There was no milk or creamer for the tea.
