Kuchnia wyposażona super - płyta elektryczna, lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres do kawy, toster, podstawowy asortyment przypraw kuchennych, stół, krzesła. W każdym pokoju telewizor (kanały satelitarne i platformy płatne). W salonie wygodny narożnik. Wygodne podwójne łóżko w sypialni. Dostępny parking przy ulicy, samochód można zaparkować przy budynku. Bardzo spokojna okolica, urokliwa promenada. Sklepy blisko, dobrze zaopatrzone, urokliwe kafejki, pizzeria na przeciwko budynku. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z lotniskiem (52 km). Tolle Lage, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt (ca. 550m). Ein nettes Restaurant gegenüber vom Strand. Bushaltestellen gibt es auch reichlich. Weitere Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, auch zu Fuß, zu erreichen.
Parkplätze waren bissel rar.
