This house has a lot to offer! We enjoyed the car park, laundry, kitchen and view of the volcano from the roof top deck. We were so appreciative of the AC units in each bedroom and main living area. It is a 15 minute walk into town, but there is a grocery store and bakery a 2 minute walk away. The owner was very responsive to messages and made check in/check out a breeze.

The owner is very responsive, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious and the location is convenient.
I noticed a moldy smell, so I removed all the pillowcases and found that all six pillows had visible mold. The host responded quickly, but it was already late at night and no replacement pillows were available. We had to use towels as pillows for the first night. I also noticed some mild mold spots on the curtains. We had to use towels as pillows for the first night. New pillows were delivered the next day.
There are two possible explanations for this situation: either the cleaning staff never changed the pillowcases, or they noticed the issue but tried to cover it up with clean pillowcases. Either way, this was very concerning.
