L’appartamento è molto funzionale, ben organizzato e dotato di diversi servizi, tra cui aria condizionata, parcheggio, lavanderia condivisa e balcone. Si trova nella parte più esterna e tranquilla di Podgora, in una posizione davvero comoda: permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia il centro sia le spiagge della città, ma è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare in macchina le spiagge più lontane e raggiungere facilmente i supermercati della zona. La casa è inoltre circondata da un giardino con ulivi, alberi di carrubo e fichi, che rendono l’ambiente ancora più piacevole e caratteristico. L’aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata l’accoglienza dei proprietari: si sono dimostrati davvero gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Ci hanno dato consigli molto utili che hanno contribuito a rendere ancora più bello e piacevole il nostro soggiorno a Podgora. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! The apartment is very functional, well organised and equipped with several useful amenities, including air conditioning, parking, a shared laundry room and a balcony. It is located in the quieter, more residential part of Podgora, in a very convenient position. It is within easy walking distance of both the town centre and the local beaches, while also being a great starting point for exploring more distant beaches by car and easily reaching the supermarkets in the area. The house is surrounded by a garden with olive, carob and fig trees, which makes the setting even more pleasant and charming. Most importantly, the owners were truly welcoming, kind and helpful. They gave us some really useful recommendations that made our stay in Podgora even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation!

Come piccolo suggerimento, il parcheggio presso la struttura è stato per noi fondamentale e ha rappresentato un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto considerando la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio a Podgora. Lo spazio è piuttosto stretto e può richiedere qualche manovra in più per entrare e uscire, ma è assolutamente comprensibile considerando la conformazione del territorio e gli spazi disponibili. Come ulteriore piccolo accorgimento, sarebbe utile avere uno stendino leggermente più grande e qualche molletta in più, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per diversi giorni. As a small suggestion, having a parking space at the property was absolutely essential for us and a great added value, especially considering how difficult it can be to find parking in Podgora. The space is quite narrow and may require a few extra manoeuvres to get in and out, but this is completely understandable given the landscape and the limited space available. As another small improvement, it would be helpful to have a slightly larger drying rack and a few more clothes pegs, especially for guests staying for several days.

Very cozy and clean appt - has all the stuff you need, great view and garden. Close and convenient to get to the beach and restaurants. Awesome friendly hosts <3

Très bon emplacement, au calme, avec vue mer. La proximité des plages et activités nocturnes est un grand plus, tout en étant très au calme, au-dessus d'un espace vert sans construction.

Le bruit dans l'escalier. Un autre appartement est à un demi-étage supérieur, et selon les occupant, cet escalier peut générer plus ou moins de bruit pour dormir. Cet appartement reste toutefois très calme en dehors de ça. Attention également aux personnes à mobilité réduite: le chemin qui mène aux plages et bars-restaurant est très pentu avec bon nombre de marches... c'est le prix d'une superbe vue sur la mer !

Balkongen til å spise frokost på og henge klær til tørk. Hyggelig vertsskap, de er hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Det var nært til strand, solnedgang, restauranter. Koselig å se utover havet!
